Giveaway/Sweepstakes Entry Form

    Entries are open to both current students and non-students. Current students must maintain their classes/membership to be eligible. (if a current student is selected the prize will become a free add-on, it cannot be used to change, cancel or exchange current classes) Beats classes are available Fridays at 5:30pm. Good for Spring Session only Feb 27th-May 21st.
